B) For those under fifteen (15) years old, the following conditions are required:
1. Add the boys to the family register.
2- Pay the expenses of issue automatically.
3. The consent of the guardian to issue the passport.
4 – Bring two recent photos, with colored and white background, not immediate or withdrawn to the passport holder.

Procedures for the issuance or renewal of the Absher platform passport
