Turkish press reports have revealed the existence of advanced negotiations between the Turkish club Galatasaray, and the Egyptian international, Ramadan Sobhi, player of the Pyramids Club, to obtain his services.
Ramadan Sobhi’s name was associated a few days ago with joining Galatasaray to partner with his compatriot, Mustafa Mohamed, who moved in with him last January, on loan from the Zamalek Club.
According to the Turkish newspaper “Fanatik”, the player’s agents have been appointed to Galatasaray officials to strengthen the left wing’s position, after the departure of Nigerian striker Henry Onyekoro and the failure of the activation of the Monaco eligibility clause.
The newspaper added that Ramadan Sobhi had agreed to join the Turkish squad, especially since he wanted to return to Europe after leaving the English Premier League and Huddersfield Town in favor of Al-Ahly, before joining Pyramids in the Egyptian League.

The Turkish newspaper pointed out that the only obstacle for the Galatasaray team to contract with Ramadan Sobhi is his big annual salary with Pyramids, which amounts to 2.2 million euros, while the Galatasaray administration offers a salary. annual value of 1.5 million euros, and other bonuses, depending on the player’s performance in matches with the team.
Galatasaray is currently awaiting a final response from Ramadan Sobhi regarding his agreement to start negotiations with Pyramids to complete the deal, the newspaper reported.
Ramadan Sobhi is currently preparing to participate with the Egyptian Olympic team at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
Ramadan Sobhi, 24, has made 20 appearances for Pyramids this season, in which he scored 7 goals, in addition to an assist.
