Zamalek striker, Amr Zaki, was the victim of a terrible accident on the north coast road and was taken to El Alamein hospital for treatment.
An official source in Matrouh's health revealed the extent of the injury of the former player of the Egyptian national team.
He added that the incident occurred on Friday morning and that he was undergoing the necessary tests upon his arrival at the hospital.
He pointed out that the incident had occurred on the coast of Matrouh Alexandria, opposite the village of Vista Marina, and had been transferred to El Alamein Hospital.
He pointed out that the player was accompanied by a person by the name of Ibrahim Abdel Salam (35), Alexandria, who also suffered a left foot fracture and multiple bruises to the body.

She added: Amr had a crack in her chest and stitches in her head. It will come down again and Cairo will continue to follow.

Mohamed Ibrahim Tayara, a former Petrojet player, revealed that Amr Zaki had been dislocated in the shoulder, accompanied by a crack in the ribs and stitches in his head.
Amr Zaki is one of the most prominent players in the generation of the Egyptian historical team under the leadership of Hassan Shehata, where he directed the Africa Cup of Nations Pharaohs in 2006 and 2008 .
