Huawei has launched its new mobile phone model, Huawei Mite X, to become the third global company to introduce this type of smart phone.
The launch took place during the "Mobile World Congress" organized by the Spanish city of Barcelona.
Samsung launched its foldable phone version of Galaxy Fold a few days ago, after another Chinese company, Rooyol, launched its version of Flex Bay last year.
Unlike Samsung, Huawei presented the phone to the press, just before the official launch date, in Barcelona, Spain, while the Korean company broadcast it on screen, away from the public.
Nicole Scott, editorial director of MobileGeek, a mobile technology company, said that it was impossible to really compare the producers, especially since a link to a copy of the Galaxy Bold was impossible to date.

Screen
The Mait X has two screens, the first measuring 6.6 inches (6.6 inches) and the second measuring 6.38 inches. Both monitors can be converted to a single screen, on an 8-inch tablet format – about 20 centimeters.
In terms of display measurements, the thickness of Huawei is 11 mm when folded and 5.4 mm when opened and turned into tabelite.
According to Scott, the design of the screen presents a big difference between Galaxy and Huawei Mait X.
Samsung has put the folding technology on the screen, which means that the user has to open the phone to see it fully, while Huawei designs it from the outside. (See picture below)
The new phone is equipped with a camera based on "three Leica" technology, a technology used on other Huawei phones. Unlike Samsung, Mait X is equipped with the necessary technology to connect to the Internet via 5G technology.
Huawei claims that the download speed of the phone from the Internet reaches the limit of 4.6 GB per second, which means that downloading a complete movie may take three seconds if the phone is connected to the 5G.
Scott thinks folding phones will be present at the Mobile World Congress (2020) and will be a promising part of the future of mobile phones.
Price
The Huawei Mite X will be launched in mid-2019 and will cost about 2,300 euros, about $ 2,600, announced the Chinese giant. The phone will be available to customers by mid-2019, and its price is higher than the price of the Galaxy Fuld, as the company announced that it would reach the limit of $ 2,000.
