Al Marsad Journal: A consultant and professor of cardiology and arterial catheterization, Dr Khaled Al-Nimr, said that the black seed helps lower harmful cholesterol and triglycerides.
He added that the recommended amount of black seeds per day is 2 grams for 8 weeks, according to medical studies.
He pointed out that the black seed is not a substitute for cholesterol medications for those prescribed by the doctor.
