Due to cancers and neurological disorders .. Samsung and Apple facing a court

Many years ago, rumors had not been scientifically or clinically confirmed to assert that the vibrations of modern smartphones were causing brain disruptions.

These rumors have come back in another way through a lawsuit filed against Samsung and Apple for cancer. What do they have in common? Are they competing with each other in the global telephone market?

Apple and Samsung have been sued for making allegations that their phones would expose users to up to 500 percent radio frequency emissions, exceeding federal borders.

In the meantime, the validity of these claims about smartphones remains controversial. The case was filed at the conclusion of an investigation by the Chicago Tribune newspaper, according to which RF emissions from a number of "Apple" and "Samsung" phones, including "IPhone 8". IPhone X and Galaxy S8 are "well beyond the federal guidelines".

The risks of these radiation levels include "an increased risk of cancer, cellular stress, genetic damage, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders" and a vast list of other medical problems, indicates the report.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) tests phones with a "specific absorption rate" that measures the rate of electromagnetic radiation absorbed by the body when it is exposed to an electromagnetic field.
According to the FCC, no device sold in America can exceed 1.6 watts per gram of tissue on average, while European regulators allow 2 watts per gram.

However, health activists consider these levels to be out of date. The FCC guidelines were developed in 1997. They were largely based on US Army tests on a 100-kg soldier.
