This course saw the participation of 45 trainers from Egypt and 6 Arab countries, and that the participants in this course had already obtained a basic training course.

The basic training lecture will be given by Dr Hussein Bassiouni, Chairman of the Aerobic Gymnastics Technical Committee of the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation, Gymnastics Technical Director for many sports clubs and organizations, and the Certified Coach of the International Special Olympics, holder of an international training license from the International Gymnastics Federation.

He added that gymnastics combines strength, flexibility and aesthetic performance, and competitions are available for men in artistic gymnastics, while women are available in artistic and rhythmic fields, and men can run with it. women in integrated competitions, or in competitions dedicated to mixed competition which includes one or two competitions. He added that gymnastics was first included as an official sport in 1972, as part of the World Summer Games held in Los Angeles, in which 11 players took part in movements. trampoline and free exercises. At the 2003 World Summer Games in Ireland, 283 players from 43 programs competed.
