Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Subhi announced a surprise after Egypt and Mohamed Salah of Liverpool won the title of African Footballer of the Year in 2018.
Subhi said in a press release Tuesday night that he was preparing a surprise for Mohammed Salah by creating a museum named after the player at the Al-Jazeera youth center (west of Cairo).
The minister pointed out that the museum would be for the rest of his professional colleagues but on behalf of Mohammed Salah and that it would be a sanctuary for all.

Mohamed Salah won the African Footballer of the Year trophy for the second time at the African Union (AU) Cup on Tuesday in Dakar, Senegal.

"I thank my family, my colleagues and all those who have supported me, and I give this award to my country, Egypt."
Salah beat his Senegalese teammate Sadio Mani and Arsenal striker Pierre Emeric Obamyang to become the fourth player to win the trophy twice after Senegalese striker Alhaji Diouf, the Cameroonian striker Samuel Eto & # 39; o and Ivorian midfielder Yaya Toure.
