Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, announced today, Wednesday, that Hala Al-Saeed, the Egyptian Minister of Planning and Economic Development, has won the award for the best Minister of the Arab World, within the framework of the Government Award of Excellence launched by the United Arab Emirates in cooperation with the Arab League.

The ruler of Dubai also announced that the Kingdom’s Ministry of Commerce has won the award for the best ministry in the Arab world.
