The Ministry of Justice has announced the abolition of the ratification of agencies in all its branches, for the agencies to be operated outside the Kingdom, and only the electronic certification through electronic verification channels.
The decision aimed to focus on the digital transformation of documentation, particularly with regard to agencies that have recently become paperless, the ministry said.
In a recent circular issued by all the ministry's agencies, the Minister of Justice, Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Sama's ani, asked the authorities to stop ratifying the agencies with an official stamp, so that the government's government will not be able to do so. Authentication becomes electronic without the need to print paper, thus supporting the department's goals in the digital transformation of authentication services.
The circular, addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Supreme Council of Magistracy and the Supreme Court of the Kingdom, indicated that the beneficiary or the applicant for certification could go directly to official bodies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Foreign Affairs, who could inform of the ratification by directly contacting the Ministry of Justice through the network. Government transactions are "facilitated" or through the Agency's auditing services on the ministry's portal.
