The Egyptian artist Ahmed Al-Fishawi, the lawyer of Hind El-Hinnawi, sent a letter to the latter in which it was written: "Default, Ahmed, you are your father, a famous artist, and his reputation is good.
He added in his letter addressed directly to him: "We do not want to imprison you or defame you, I wish to pay money to your daughter peacefully and I am personally ready to give up any legal dispute and the number of sixteen cases ".
Lawyer Shaaban Saeed revealed new developments in the alimony cases filed by his client against the divorced person, adding that his daughter Lina was 13 years old and that there were old differences between her parents but that his parents hoped that their relationship with his father's family would be good.
The Egyptian lawyer said in the press that the late artist Farouk al-Fishawi, Ahmed's father, was trying to remedy these discrepancies and kissed his daughter. He was therefore able to resolve the dispute between this girl and her father.
It should be noted that an Egyptian court last Saturday rendered an enforceable decision to imprison the artist Ahmed al-Fishawi for a month due to his inability to pay the costs of his daughter Lina, as well as the decision of the caliph's family court in central Cairo, completing the dispute between son Fishawi and divorced Hind Al-Hinnawi. His daughter lives abroad.
