Asiri pointed out that the terms of the contract were as follows: to be a Saudi national, not less than the scientific qualification of what is specified for the candidate for the position, and to possess the professional license necessary for the functional professional or specialist categories, and not to be subcontracted to another government agency, to be in compliance with the health regulations of the civil service system and to comply with the regulations and instructions in place at the workplace.
