Jeddah Irada and Mental Health Complex hosted the team in charge of the Wazen program and presented the latest developments to launch and activate the program in mental health complexes, identifying the most important services provided to the patient in terms of quality and patient safety, discuss any challenges and difficulties that the facility and healthcare executives may face and work to overcome them by making daily, weekly and monthly reports that contribute by knowing the faults and dealing with them by depending on the development of treatment services.
In turn, Wazen’s program team members commented on the importance of program implementation to measure level of performance, support indicators and help the facility manager measure baseline. which the ministry relies on to improve the services of health facilities in the interest and provide the best treatment services to patients and beneficiaries.
The administration of the complex also appreciated this professional visit by the working team overseeing the Wazen program from the ministry position, noting that it directly contributes to the development of the performance and productivity of health practitioners.
