Extension of work in four stations for periodic inspection in the evening

In the cities of Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Mecca from next Sunday

The General Directorate of Technical Inspection of the league announced today the extension of the work of four technical inspection stations during the evening in the cities (Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Mecca); starting next Sunday, to make life easier for citizens and residents.

The Department explained that with instructions and follow-up from the Director General of Traffic, Mohammed Bin Abdullah al-Bassami, arrangements had been made for the reception of vehicles in the evening until 11 pm Sunday at the Thursday and that these stations would close at 10 pm on Saturday.

The technical inspection is one of the most important safety programs that the Directorate General of Traffic wants to implement to improve the level of vehicle safety, reduce road accidents, protect the road safety and improve safety. environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust gases, hide deformed vehicles and ensure smooth traffic, The vehicle is inspected for more than (73) parts per vehicle and the examination steps are accurate, complete and objective.
