Facebook today launched a new feature with a new update to its Messenger application, which allows you to quote and respond to specific messages in a conversation, making it easier to track certain things, especially when conversations with large groups.
According to Theverge, a technical information site, this feature is an extension of the reaction code "emoji" currently on the application. The new feature appears when you hold down a message and you can answer it by pressing the new "Reply" button, which will link a copy of the original message to your answer.
This feature is one of the simple features of the Wattabab app owned by Facebook. It is therefore logical that Facebook transmit it to Messenger, given the general ambition of the company to create a cross-platform system that consolidates Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram.
