Al-Shura also called on the Real Estate Fund not to force citizens to resort to the courts to obtain their loans and to implement Cabinet of Ministers Decision No. 82.
A number of victims of the Real Estate Fund received final provisions obliging the Fund to lend them capital in accordance with the procedures in place prior to the commencement of the regulation of housing support adopted by the Council of Ministers No. 82.
