Ibrahim Fares, board member of Ismaili, spoke after the return of his team in the African Champions League to thank the African Union and Egypt for what happened.
"Everyone should learn from what happened," said a member of the Ismaili administration.
"Everyone should be aware of the need not to repeat what has happened," he told FilGoal.com.
"I thank the African Union (CAF) for understanding our position and I thank the Egyptian Union for supporting us."
"The next step is to coordinate with the Egyptian Darwish Federation to play their African matches alongside local matches," he added.
Ismaili returned to the African Champions League after the African Confederation (CAF) accepted the Darwish appeal.
