Liverpool legend Jimmy Carragher believes that Manchester City is the one to win the Premier League title this season, but he also pointed out the odds of a big riddle.
Liverpool are leading the Premier League two points behind Manchester City, who have played less and reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League against Porto, about a month and a half before the end of the season.
"The race between City and Liverpool is very hot, and I still think that Citi is the preferred candidate because they've already won the title," Carragher said in a speech underlined by Liverpool Echo.
"But Liverpool is also in a good position, the real race will start as soon as the international race is over, there are seven games left and it will be very exciting."
Carragher answered his question: will there be bumps on the way? "Nothing, I hope City will find it only."
"I think both teams will lose points and I expect the road to be difficult," he said.
