Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho believes that Eddin Hazard of Chelsea has the necessary skills to wear a Real Madrid jersey.
"Eddin's ambition is to play Chelsea all his life, but it all changes with the advent of a giant like Real Madrid," Mourinho told Dazzin.
"I can not say if he wants to leave now because I have not spoken to him in a while."
"But does Hazard have the talent to play in Real Madrid? Yes, he has the talent."
"Does Hazard have the character of wearing a heavy shirt like Real Madrid and playing in front of his fans at Santiago Bernabeu? Yes, he has a strong personality."
Hazard had earlier said that he was hoping to get to Real Madrid, but the Spanish club could not join him last summer with goalkeeper Thibot Cortua.
Hazard has a contract with Chelsea that runs until the end of next season, in the summer of 2020.
