Jose Mourinho praised fellow countryman Cristiano Ronaldo as a "state of the art" for continuing to score 50 goals each season.
Ronaldo scored 4 goals against Lithuania and his international goalscorer with 94 goals.
Mourinho said in remarks on site 11: "What he does not surprise me at 34 is a great player who plays for a great team with great ambition.".
"He continuedI am not surprised, because it is a situation taught which shows well his mentality: Cristiano is a phenomenon, it is a person who thinks to win and to succeed better.".

Ronaldo has been coaching Mourinho from 2010 to 2013 at Real Madrid, during which he won the championship title, the King's Cup and the Spanish Super Cup.
Mourinho has no manager after leaving Manchester United in the middle of last season.
