Nader Shawki, Al Ahly's agent, said the town of Huddersfield was following the Red Fort.
"Huddersfield is very interested in following Ramadan and what he has to offer with Al Ahly in the Egyptian league and he is eager to know his level," Nader Shawki told Radio On Sport.
"Huddersfield therefore requested medical reports on the physical condition and health status of Ramadan with Al-Ahly every 10 days and was coordinated with Al-Ahli on this matter."
"Huddersfield also asked for Ramadan summaries in his matches with Al Ahly."
"It is certain that Ramadan is also trying to make a good record before returning to Huddersfield at the end of the season," he said.
Ahli has signed a loan to Ramadan Subhi of Huddersfield for the end of the season.
Ramadan moved to Huddersfield earlier this season from Stoke City.
Until now, Al-Ahli has played 4 games in the Egyptian and African leagues.
