Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti was surprised by the sacking of his team in the match against Milan, which ended without a goal on Saturday.

"I said the word department, even though it's not about governance," Ancelotti said.

"I'm not even sure she's part of it!"

The referee ordered Ancelotti to leave the field a few moments after Fabian Ruiz's expulsion from Napoli in the second half.

"It's the touch of the hand that caused the second yellow card," he said.
