Turki Al-Shaykh arrived in Zamalek before being accompanied by the president of Zamalek during a tour of inspection inside the club.
During the tour, the tandem opened the club's new social building, dubbed "Turki Al-Sheikh".
After the inspection tour, the couple decided to cancel the press conference that was due to take place due to personal ties.
The official website of the Zamalek club revealed that Turki Al-Sheikh had gone to the home of the Zamalek club's president during another visit after the end of the club visit.
Al-Sheikh said via Facebook: "I had the honor to visit the big club of Zamalek."
Murtada Mansour announced the holding of a press conference Thursday night at the Zamalek club headquarters.
