Khaled Mahmoud, Ahli's doctor, announced the absence of team duo Hossam Ashour and Ahmed Fathi for the El Gouna match in the league.
Ahli will face El Gouna next Wednesday in the national league, confronting the team of his coach Mohamed Youssef Don, veteran of injuries.
Mahmoud said in a press release: "Hossam Ashour has an ankle injury during the Petrojet match in the league, and so misses the El Gouna encounter."
Ashour was out of the Petrojet match and was replaced by Amr Al-Souleya.
"He also stressed the absence of Ahmed Fathi from this match."
Fathi suffers from anterior muscle pains in the last match of the African Champions League against Hope.
Gouna is 11th in the league with 16 points.
Al-Ahly is 16th with 14 points and eight games.
