Although the expected deal with the transfer of Amer Amer, the custodian of military production to Ismaily, has been known for a long time, it has yet to be concluded.
Khaled Mahdi, director of military production football, told FilGoal.com: “What bothers things is the lack of involvement of a substitute goalkeeper.”
He added, “Amer will not leave unless a replacement guard is available. If Amer is not compensated, he will not leave and will continue with us.”
Ismail Waheed, Ismaili’s spokesperson, revealed Amer was set to join the team earlier.
Alaa Waheed said a week ago in statements toFilGoal.com: “I did not say that his transfer was officially completed, as there are still simple issues that are being resolved at the moment.”
And he continued, “Ismaily is looking to strike some influential deals whereby he can make a comeback in the local football scene.”
Regarding the team’s latest deals, Mahdi said: “We are in serious negotiations with Mohamed Ramadan, the Egyptian player for the compensation, and only the final touches remain to settle the deal.”
