Inby officially announced a complaint against Mohammed al-Sabahhi against Ahli's reign.
"We decided to file a complaint against Mohammed al-Sabahi," said Abdel Nasser Mohamed.
"We are also asking Al Ahli to meet because of mistakes," he told reporters.
"Rifaat did not make any mistake, he did not get a free kick, but he was given a yellow card and then he was sent off.
"Deputy Sheriff Abdullah – who raised his banner after Enppi's goal at the last minute in front of Ahli – was not at the rendezvous."
"The referee canceled a valid goal for Anbi and the goal of Al Ahly was not just because of a hand contact," said Abdel Nasser Mohammed.

Al-Ahli defeated Enby 2-1 in a game postponed from the 13th round of the Egyptian league.
