Scott Parker, Fulham's new coach, sent him legendary correspondent Alex Ferguson after being named coach of Claudio Ranieri.
"In fact, I do not have a lot of friends but yesterday my phone did not stop ringing," said Scott Parker.
Ferguson himself wrote me late in the day.
"Just think that Ferguson gave me his time to write me a detailed message, advising me how to see things, it's really inspiring."

The Fulham administration has not waited more than 106 days to decide on the dismissal of Ranieri after a string of poor results during the recent period.
Ranieri took the post last November to succeed Slavisa Jokanovic, but has won only three times in 17 games.
Scott Parker was named interim coach before Chelsea faced a challenge on Sunday.
Parker, Ranieri's assistant coach, aged 38, was now the first man.
Parker played for Chelsea in 2004 before moving to Newcastle from West Ham to Tottenham.
In 2013, Parker moved from Totnam to Fulham to play in the club until 2017 before announcing his retirement from football.
