Al-Ahly will face Al Ittihad of Alexandria on Wednesday at the Burj Al Arab Stadium in the 27th round of the Egyptian league.
Al Ahli is second in the standings with 52 points, two ahead of leader Zamalek, each with 23 games.
UEFA ranks ninth after 32 points in 26 games.
