Ahmed Mujahid, board member of the Football Federation's governing body, Mohamed Fadl, formerly Al-Ahli's contract manager, is appointed director of the 2019 Africa Nations Cup.
Egypt has officially won the Africa Cup of Nations after defeating South Africa by 16 votes against one last vote.
"Mohamed Fadel is among the candidates for the post of tournament director, who is a young man who speaks several languages fluently," Mujahid told FilGoal.com.
"Everything will be announced after the return to Egypt and the Football Union meeting in the coming days to discuss everything and study all the proposed names for all positions."
At the same time, FilGoal.com learned that at a meeting of Football Association members in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, after having won the honor of this organization, Mustafa Mourad Fahmy had been appointed tournament director, alongside from Amr Wahbi, President of Presentation.
Mustafa Mourad Fahmi previously served as Secretary General of the African Football Confederation (CAF) and has also been nominated as a presidential candidate to become Vice President.
