Berndan Rodgers has decided to leave the team and head Leicester City, according to English reports.

Leicester suffered a fourth consecutive home defeat at King Power, a series they have not been exposed to since 2000, with French coach Claude Boyle having retired after 16 months of training.

Several reports announced Tuesday morning that Rodgers had told Celtic that he wanted to leave a few hours earlier and that the Scottish club had agreed to let him speak to Leicester.

Negotiations between Leicester and Rodgers have reached an advanced stage and the management of the team could be officially announced in the coming hours.

Rodgers led Liverpool between 2012 and 2015.

According to some information, the Irish coach will receive around 6 million pounds sterling during the season.
