Salah's most impressive performance earned him the award for best player of the game, while giving him the prize that he refused to receive.
Salah gave the best player of the match to Milner on the occasion of his 500th match under the Liverpool jersey.
"It's Milner who deserves the award for his brilliant career in Liverpool," said Salah.
"The price for Milner for his 500th game against Liverpool," he said after the match.
"I hope we will achieve something this season for him," he said.
