Romanian midfielder Nikolai Stanczio of Sparta Prague issued an official statement on the occasion of his "departure from his team to join the Pyramids team".
The Czech sports daily A-Sport revealed that Pyramids wanted to sign the 25-year-old player and had already made a "very tempting" offer for the player.
However, Sparta Prague announced its refusal to leave Stancio before the club issued a statement on the player's language confirming the continuation of his club.
