Salah has received two penalties in the last two games for the Reds, against Newcastle United and Arsenal, and scored them himself.
"In the Newcastle match, Salah was under the arm of defenseman Paul Dumit, do we need to see blood for a penalty, I think not," said the club in remarks highlighted by the Guardian on Monday.
"As a defender, if you do not touch Salah and that he can pass, he will succeed in shooting the ball to the net, and we all know how good he is."
"I did not see the match again and I have no idea what happened but the referee was close to the match."
"We have no divers in the team and Salah 's repair kick was not a representation of the referee, and the other that Diane Lovrin has also received was not the case, "he continued.
Salah has raised his goals this season with 16 goals, 13 in the English Premier League and 3 in the Champions League.
"In the past three and a half years, we have not received much of the pain we deserve," he said.
