Burnley coach Chen Dech criticized the decision of the English Discipline Committee as Mohammed Salah was not punished for the Newcastle match.
Liverpool had beaten Newcastle 4-0 in a row by alleging a penalty by bypassing the referee.
Bernley's coach pointed out that he was the only voice in the fight against fraud and representation of players.
The Discipline Committee acquitted Mohamed Salah and decided not to arrest him because of the conviction.
"The decision not to arrest Mohammed Salah Gharib Blancb, without interfering with FA standards," said Deitch.
"I feel alone in this battle, I hope the media will play a role in these situations," he said.
"Salah is a good example, how is he neglected?"
"Such decisions allow football players to bypass the referees," he concluded.
