UEFA has opened an investigation into Neymar's Paris St Germain for commenting on the referee's decision against Manchester United.
Manchester United beat St Germain 3-1 in the last leg of the Champions League and witnessed a penalty in the video.
"What happened is a shame, they put four people who did not know anything about the ball watching a slow recovery on television," Neymar wrote via his official account on the Instagram social networking site.
"What can Kimbimbi do with his hand behind his back?"
Neymar did not play against St Germain against an injury.
