Mr. Salem Dahir, from the Tiger Valley, has so far denied his signature on his membership contracts in Zamalek.
"Playing for Zamalek is a great honor for any player," said Salem.
"So far, there are no formal negotiations with Zamalek, I have not signed any contracts, as I said," he said.
"What's going on, it's just talking with my agent but I have not been contacted directly."
"Kelly did not say that there were formal offers until the time of Zamalek."
"My contract ends with the Tiger at the end of the season and I therefore have the right to sign for any team in January."
"The direction of the Tiger Valley is respectable and I think I will not let myself be hindered if I receive an official offer," he said.
The 31-year-old joined the Tiger from Damanhur in January 2013 and ends his contract at the end of the season.
Mr. Salem played in 17 games with the Tiger during the season, in all competitions, scored one goal and made 5 more.
