Ahli coach Rene Feiler on Saturday received a full medical report on the latest training programs for injured players.
Feiler arranged a meeting with the team's doctor, Khaled Mahmoud, to determine the time required for each player to participate in the training.
The training sessions of Al-Ahly will be absent because of the injury of Saad Samir, Karim Walid (Nedved), Rami Rabia, Mahmoud Mohamed and Mahmoud Waheed.
Weiler will meet his assistant on Saturday before the team's training to discuss Al Ahli's latest preparations for facing the Kano Sport host of Equatorial Guinea in the 32nd first leg match. African Champions League finals on 14 September.
Thomas Pinkel, the physical load planner, has put together a special program for players in preparation for the match.
Thomas wanted to give players a level of training.
This match will be the first official of Kano Sport for the new coach of Ahli.
Al Ahli will host the second leg at the end of September.
