The coach of Chelsea, Maurizio Sari, believes that the Belgian player Eddin Hazard does not have the qualities of leadership, despite the recognition of his abilities.
Hazzard is in the Premier League this season, scoring 10 goals.
"It's very important to us, of course because it's a great player," said Sari about Hazard in remarks highlighted by English newspapers on Wednesday.
"Hazard can always lead us to win any match in two minutes, sometimes in a minute, but for now, he's not a leader."
"Hazard is an excellent player and one of the best players in the world," he said.
Chelsea are fourth in the English Premier League standings, 13 points behind leaders Liverpool.
