Italian coach Claudio Ranieri will entertain Thursday with his club's management of his future, Sky Sports announced.
Fulham suffered a 2-0 defeat at Southampton Wednesday, falling to 19th place with 17 points after 28 rounds.
Scai recalled the team's angry cheers against Ranieri against the Saints. The talks will take place now to determine his fate with the newly promoted team in the Premier League this season.
Ranieri took the post last November to succeed Slavisa Jokanovic, but has won only three times in 17 games.
Fulham will face a tough 1-1 draw against Chelsea on Sunday with a 2-0 win over Tottenham.
Ranieri, the legendary league champion with Leicester City in 2015/166, seems unlikely to succeed in his task of relieving Fulham of his catastrophic position and saving him from relegation.
