The doctor drew attention to the necessity and importance of maintaining the balance of saline solution in the body during the period of treatment of the disease.
He said: “It is forbidden to eat a lot of salted fish, pickled cucumbers, etc. Instead, drink more water. Limit and abstain from alcohol, as it contributes to dehydration.”

The doctor indicated that in addition to dehydration of the body, salty foods increase blood density, which is very harmful when infected with “Covid-19”.
For her part, Dr Yekaterina Burlyaeva, a nutrition specialist at the Federal Center for Research in Nutrition and Biotechnology, indicates that foods rich in vitamins and minerals help fight against coronavirus infection.

Therefore, it cannot be used to prevent this virus, but microorganisms can become resistant to it, making it difficult to treat various infections.
