Football Federation assigns green training task to national team led by Yusuf Anbar

The team will play two friendlies with the UAE and Guinea during the camp.

The Saudi Football Federation has decided to entrust the formation of the first national team of the camp to be held in Riyadh from March 18 to a Saudi team led by Yousef Anbar (coach), Yusuf Al-Ghadeer, Mashbib Ziad (assistants) Abdullatif Al-Husseini Yami (coach of the guards).

The team will play two friendlies at the camp, where it will face the UAE on March 21st in Abu Dhabi and Equatorial Guinea on February 25th.

The Saudi Federation has adopted the camps of Sunni teams, who will join the national team under 20 years. The Saudi team will participate under-23 on March 18 in a preparatory camp before the start of Group IV qualifying for the Under-23 Asia Cup 2020.

The 20-year-old national team will organize the second phase of its preparatory program for the U-20 World Cup, which will be held in Poland in several camps from 15 March to 8 April in Riyadh, Spain and Dammam, respectively. Decided to face friends in the camps of Uruguay and Argentina, in preparation for the World Cup, to be held in late May.

The 16-year-old national team will participate in the friendly tournament in Macedonia as part of its qualifying program for the AFC U-16 2020 Championship. The friendly tournament, which will take place from 18 to 27 March in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
