The Israeli brand of sunglasses (Carolina Limke), in partnership with Kim Kardashian, announced Saturday that the visit of the star of reality TV and the model programmed this week in Israel was deferred at a later date.
Earlier Friday, Israeli planes bombed Hamas facilities in the Gaza Strip, hours after the launch of two rockets from Tel-Aviv from the Gaza Strip, the first of its kind since the 2014 war.
Kardashian's goal was to launch his partnership with Carolina Limke, a brand partly owned by Israeli actress and actress Bar Refaeli.
Both companies have already launched a joint advertising campaign in Los Angeles and Israel.
Last year, when the partnership was announced, Carolina Limke announced that Kardashian would be the face of the brand, alongside Rafaeli, for at least two years.
As part of this partnership, Kardashian will hold 10% of the shares of a US company and 5% of the revenues of the sunglass collection chain.
Kardashian's last visit to Israel, accompanied by her husband and rapper Kanye West, was in 2015.
