Gianluca Roque is the referee of the match between Zamalek and Pyramids

Issam Abdel Fattah, chairman of the Referees Committee and a member of the Egyptian Football Federation, announced that the Italian Gianluca Roque would handle the match between Zamalek and Pyramids in the Egyptian championship.

Abdel-Fattah said in an exclusive statement on the night of Koura that the Egyptian Union had reached an agreement with his Italian counterpart on the recruitment of the latter's arbitration team to lead the meeting.

"We reached an agreement with the Italian federation on the management of Gianluca Roque for the match between Zamalek and Pyramids on Thursday," said the chairman of the Referees Committee.

Roque has been one of the leaders of the Italian elite in recent years, with several important matches at the local and European championships, as well as in the world.

It should be noted that Zamalek will meet the Pyramids on Thursday at the Petrosport stadium, in a game postponed from the ninth round of the Egyptian championship.
