The Kingdom is currently participating in a major sporting event: the first Formula 1 World Championship held in Saudi Arabia in the historic city of Derayeh for 10 years as part of a major festival that lasts 3 days.
The best teams in the race are 11 teams from Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, United Kingdom, France, New Zealand, Thailand, Holland, Germany, Argentina and Portugal, each with two contenders.
The team will be made up of Nissan E-Dams, represented by Thai drivers Alexandre Albon, Swiss Sebastian Boemi and Infinon Virgin Racing, represented by British drivers Sam Bird, Dutch drivers Robin Vergens and HWA Rice Lab pilots Gary Buffett and Staville Vandorn.
As well as the NU Formula I team, which will be led by Oliver Tervy and Lucca Felipe, as well as Mahindra Racing India, with the Belgian Jerome Dambrozio, the Swedish Felix Rosenkvist and the German Nick Heidfeld at the head of his cars.
According to the figures, the competitors have already traveled more than 100,000 kilometers in their last races and arrived in Riyadh for the first time in their lives on Saudi soil.
