Google is making a new update to the Android operating system that will dramatically improve the battery life of the phone.
The latest version of the system, the Android 9 Pie, arrived in August and introduced many new features for users.
Most of the current features of the system are focused on improving the battery life of users' devices. At the same time, the adaptive brightness seeks to adjust the brightness of the screen according to the lighting conditions to improve the power consumption.
Although the new Android system allows users to turn on the dark mode, it does not represent an advantage for the entire system.
Google seems to have decided to update the dark mode on Android devices with the help of a new version called Android Q.
And monitor the site "Android Police" published on the Google Chromium blog discussed the provision of the dark situation at the system level.
"In order to succeed the dark situation, we need all elements of the user interface to be perfectly dark by May 2019."
The May deadline marks the first preview of the company's Android Q platform for developers.
A dark Android system will differ from what is already available on the system by ensuring that other Google applications support the same functionality.
Many applications currently support Google's dark mode, but require users to manually enable it, even if this feature is enabled in the Device Settings menu.
A dark system-wide implementation can have a significant impact on the battery life of Android devices.
