Google recently called Google+, the social networking tool it launched to try to compete with Facebook.
The service was launched in 2011 and was Google 's fourth attempt in the world of social networking, despite the huge amount of money, but the service has never been successful.
According to Metro, the service was intended to help users create "circles" of friends in different areas of their lives through chat integrated via Google Hangouts. There was also a lot of support for groups and communities, but Facebook was much more powerful.
As of April 2, users can no longer access their profile page and all messages, photos, and videos stored in the Google Plus albums archive have been removed.
