Google unveiled a series of iPhone hackers on malicious websites.
Researchers working for the Google Security Initiative (Project Zero) have uncovered a series of hacked sites that have hosted a series of exploits targeting iPhone models running the current version of iOS 12, reported CNN.
According to Google researchers, malicious websites can visit the victim's iPhone without his knowledge, exploiting various software vulnerabilities.
Google says the problem could be one of the biggest attacks ever perpetrated against iPhone users because users could be affected by simply visiting a hacked site, supposed to receive thousands of visits per week.
The company said that among the devices involved in penetration operations (iPhone 5s) and (iPhone X), security vulnerabilities affected all operating systems from (iOS 10) to (iOS 12).
If you visit the hacked site, the malware will be reinstalled. Although these programs are removed from the infected iPhone during the reboot, attackers will be able to maintain permanent access to various accounts and services, even after losing their access to the device.
The danger of these programs is that they focus primarily on the theft of photos, messages and user files, as well as tracking their location in real time every 60 seconds, as well as access to the words of recorded on the device.
