NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – A new study suggests that regular green tea intake helps prevent obesity by reducing intestinal infections caused by excess fat in foods. Green tea helps prevent leakage of bowel syndrome, which occurs when there is a constant low inflammation in the colon.
The study showed that green tea promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the gut and prevents the arrival of harmful bacteria from the gut to the blood.
It is said that the leaking bowel syndrome affects the intestinal wall, affecting what is expressed in the blood by the substances. Although green tea reduces low-intensity colon infections, it helps to improve the use of insulin by the body as well as weight loss.
Previous studies have indicated that green tea is resistant to cancer and is beneficial for heart health.
