To detect the relationship between green tea and obesity, the team observed that two groups of male mice fed a high-fat diet were leading to obesity, but the first one took tea green in the diet, while the second did not eat green tea.
After the 8-week follow-up, the researchers measured weight, fat, body resistance to insulin in both groups and other factors, including inflammation of adipose tissue and body fat. intestines, as well as the formation of beneficial intestinal bacteria, known to contribute to the prevention of various inflammatory and immune diseases.
