The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Benten, agreed to cancel the condition of the external agent's guarantee and to settle for the extension until the end of the current season and accept the information that the escape would have occurred within 24 hours, without the obligation to bring the deceased Omra passport during the current phase.
Muhammad bin Badi, Executive Director of the National Committee for Hajj and Omrah, said: "The National Committee for Hajj and Omrah, represented by the Joint Five-Party Committee led by the Minister of Hajj Dr. Muhammad Saleh Binten, Deputy Minister, Dr. Abdul Fattah Al-Mushat, Under-Secretary for Umrah Affairs, Abdul Al-Wazzan, High-Level Ministry, to study all the obstacles.
He emphasized that the Committee is continuing its efforts to find solutions to the obstacles encountered by the sector, with the full support of the Minister of Hajj, in order to ensure the growth of the sector in its responsibilities and continuity, and to find solutions to anything that would hinder his work.
He called on all sectors to meet the requirements of the next step in accordance with the regulations in force for the 2030s, stressing that the Committee would spare no effort to overcome all difficulties, especially since the Ministry had formed a high level committee composed of members of the National Committee charged with advancing the activities of the company and ensuring the continuity of operations.
